Sometimes I think
Sometimes I think those who died knew what was coming, and they bowed out while there was some dignity and humanity left.
And others prepared when they saw what was coming. Bullets & other loading supplies are up & down like most things, including firearms.
When you don't cast your at a disadvantage. Same when you don't load. Same when supplies aren't laid up well in advance. Been like that the last 40 years. Loading supplies reach a point they will only sell if heavily discounted. No one wants the stuff then. Next loading supplies are in very slim supply & priced over the top & everyone wants them. Case in point primers are on the market in great numbers at present. If you guys haven't plenty pick up 50,000 while you can.
As a side note I love 22 LR & wasn't as well prepared as I could have been so after a 2 year drought I'm down to about 2000 rounds of the cheap stuff so I'm looking at air rifle now. I should have prepared while WallyWorld was selling bricks at $14.00.

Checking out

LAH,
If you have any experience dealing with people you care about and terminal illness, you understand the whole thing about dignity robbing, because that's what a slow kill does. My friends went pretty quick, so they were spared some of this.
Yeah, I get the point about being at a disadvantage, loud and clear. I'd like to try your 285 grain .454" offering, if you have any interest in selling me some.

I do understand terminal

I do understand terminal illness, we minister the local hospice house & see many who seem to hang on & on. Such is the tendency of the human body. I sent you an email concerning the bullets.
