Up for a donation based raffle is a fine hat made by Jaxonbilt Hat Company, the #16 Keith 5 lb fur with machine bound edge.

Only open to members in good standing, CHECKS ONLY.

Drawing will be held as soon as all the tickets are issued, or on 10/30/2010, in the event that at least the minimum quota of 15 are issued. Checks will be returned in the unlikely event that the minimum quota of donations are not received.

Suggested donation of $20.00.

I WILL be buying a couple of tickets as well, so we will need a volunteer to administer the drawing that is NOT participating in the raffle (Not that I would do anything to compromise the integrity of the drawing to skew the odds in my favor!)

How is volunteer going to do this? how will the drawing be conducted? I assume that all the cks will be handled by you so the volunteer only need to pick a winner? Let me know how you set it up.Chris

How? You ask how?

Yes, the volunteer will only need to pick the winning entry, by whatever means he likes, write the names down on little pieces of paper, draw them from a hat, deck of cards, or whatever the volunteer thinks fair. I'll take care of the checks and the hat.

Sure, I can do that I guess. the tickets will be numbered right? if so, when ready I'll draw a number. Or names if you prefer. I'm easy to get along with. Chris

The hat raffle will be ending the 31st, probably do the actual drawing at the plate shoot the following Thursday. Couple tickets left, anti up, folks!
