New Sight

I got tired of the old Accro rear sight on my New Frontier so I bought a new Elliason rear sight to replace it. Actually I bought two and replaced the one on my Python too as that needed help. Those old rear sights were just to sloppy and hard to keep adjusted as the screws didn't always stay where they were set. With the new Elliason there is no slop what so ever! Didn't take long as the sight holes etc. are the same, simply tapped out the pin and unscrewed the adjustment screw so the sight could be removed and the little springs and the new sight installed. Took about a half hour max and now I am happy. The sights were bought off the Colt web site on-line store. The part number is  SP95349 but as I just checked they are out of stock for now. They were out when I first checked and I had to wait about a month to get two so if you are interested be prepared to wait for more. Chris

Test IIIIII

HI AL: figured out the bug. My laptop upgraded to IE9 a few weeks back and I never noticed some of the settings are different. After all this my computer wife found the settings that needed to be switched over and it seems to be all better. That's what happens when you let computer dummies loose with technological devices like this. Murphy was hiding in my laptop just waiting for me to get all messed up! Thanks for being patient with me. ChrisP1000539 (640x480)

Good Job

Nice upgrade, Chris.  Always feels good to have one do just what you want.
