I got a new set of Maple Ahrends grips for my Outdoorsman and a new trigger shoe to boot.

Very nice...

...although Mr. Keith did post some warnings about trigger shoes about 50-60 years ago in Gun Notes. Seems he didn't like them if they protruded outside the plane of the trigger guard for safety reasons, snagging on the holster if I remember correctly.
(But I'm sure you knew all that...)
